Why I became an audiologist

"I became an Audiologist because...I began in high school with learning American Sign Language and working with profoundly Deaf children, and found what a difference an Audiologist makes in the quality of life for these children so many others with hearing and balance impairments.  I have spent the last eight years in university training to learn the science of Audiology, while focusing on the passion for helping others that those with hearing loss have taught me.  ~Zoe Jenkins
